ISO 27001 Certification - Three years ago, February 2023
Three years ago, Neterium obtained its ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating that we operate a comprehensive Information Security Management System aligned with the highest industry standards. This certification covers all organisational processes and information systems, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers, partners, and Neterium data, as well as our SaaS platform and our Jetscan and Jetflow solutions. SOC 2 Type II - December 2024 Further building on its commitment toward demonstrated state-of-the-art security, Neterium subsequently obtained its first SOC 2 Type II report at the end of 2024. This SOC 2 Type II independent audit report is based on security, availability and confidentiality Trust Services Criteria. It confirmed that Neterium had appropriate controls in place to safely operate its Jetflow and Jetscan services and to protect customer data but also that those controls operated effectively over the audited period of time. ISO 27001 Renewal & SOC 2 Type II - September 2025 & December 2025 Security is not a one-off effort. On the contrary, it is a continuous effort. In September 2025, we successfully renewed our ISO 27001 certification confirming Neterium’s excellence in information security. In December 2025, Neterium renewed its SOC 2 Type II report for the second consecutive year, reinforcing our long-term dedication to security and operational excellence.
